Teila & Jonny’s Wedding

Teila and Jonny had planned a big festival wedding, but with 2020 throwing a few curve balls, they decided to postpone their big day but still have an intimate wedding with some of those gorgeous festival vibes.

The legal ceremony was held in Bournemouth Town Hall, and I have to say, the staff there are lovely! Keeping us safe with all the socially distancing regulations, they had even put stickers on the floor so the couple knew were they could stand and there was even a sticker for me!!!!!

Little Marley wanted to get in on the wedding fun, so was given her own very special pen to sign the wedding certificate (the staff at the Town Hall removed the ink cartridge so she couldn’t scribble on the certificate, but it made her feel incredibly important, I told you they were great!).

The newly weds headed down to Bournemouth Gardens for a quick photoshoot, don’t worry, Marley came along too!

Whilst we were busy taking photos, everyone else had been setting up a picnic celebration in the park.

Now, some of you may recognise Jonny as he’s better known as the musician, Jonny Phillips. This of course meant he was not going to do a traditional wedding special, instead he opted to write a song to Teila (yes, everyone cried!).

This was then followed by an amazing duet by the newly wed. Forget first dances, it’s all about the music!

So if you have had to change your plans thanks to 2020, don’t worry, you can still create something beautiful, personal and truly special.
