Is Photography Your Full-Time Job?
Yes — photography is my full-time job.
Although I would love to convince you I’m Batman.
Where Are You Based?
I live in Bournemouth, Dorset.
However, give me a travel cup of coffee and a good playlist, I happily travel the whole of Dorset, Hampshire, Devon, Cornal, Sussex, and the rest of the UK, capturing festival weddings.
How Do We Book You?
Once you know you’d like to work together, just get in touch with a few details about your wedding. I’ll confirm availability, send over your contract and invoice, and your date is secured once the non-refundable retainer is paid.
Can We Meet Up For A Chat Before We Book?
Absolutely. I love chatting things through — whether that’s in person (if we’re nearby) or via video call. It’s a great way to make sure we’re the right fit and to answer any questions properly.
Do You Offer Custom Wedding Packages?
Yes. While I offer structured packages, everything is built around the natural flow of your day. Micro weddings, intimate celebrations and full-scale parties are all welcome — we’ll shape coverage around what actually matters to you.
How Do Payments Work?
To secure your date, I ask for a 25% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is split to make things easier:
25% due six months before your wedding
50% due one month before the big day
There are no hidden fees or interest — just a clear, simple payment plan that helps spread the cost.
On The Day
Do You Do Group Shots?
Yes — even at relaxed weddings, it’s rare to have everyone together, so group photos are worth doing.
Before the wedding, I’ll ask which group shots matter to you and help plan an efficient order. On the day, we’ll get the important “neat” ones… and usually a few mischievous ones too.

We’re Nervous In Front Of The Camera — help?
You’re not alone. Most people feel awkward at first.
I don’t expect you to know how to pose. I use prompts, movement and gentle direction to help you relax, laugh and forget about the camera — that’s when the good stuff happens.
Do We Need To Provide You A Meal?
If I’m with you for full-day coverage, a gluten-free supplier meal is strongly preferred.
Many venues don’t allow photographers to bring outside food, and it’s not always practical to leave the premises during the wedding breakfast (especially when speeches happen between courses), so having a supplier meal provided helps ensure I can stay on-site, stay energised, and continue photographing without disruption.
As a coeliac, I completely understand that not all caterers are able to accommodate my dietary requirements. If that’s the case, I’ll bring my own food — I just ask that this is agreed with the venue in advance so I’m able to eat on-site.
A supplier meal is typically just the main course and a soft drink, not the full wedding breakfast.
Images & Delivery
How Long Will We Have To Wait For Our Photos?
Your full gallery is usually ready within 6–12 weeks.
I always aim to get them to you as soon as possible — you won’t be left wondering what’s happening.
How Do We Receive Our Photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery with unlimited high-resolution downloads.
You can share the link with friends and family so they can download their favourites too — no extra charges, no limits.
Do You Provide USB Sticks?
I don’t offer USBs.
Instead, the online gallery makes life much easier: no copying files, no posting sticks to guests, and no risk of them getting lost or damaged. Unlimited downloads means everyone gets what they want, stress-free.
Do You Offer Wedding Albums & Prints?
Yes. From your gallery, you can order professional prints, canvases and albums delivered straight to your door.
You can also design your album. You choose the style, colours, layout and text so it reflects your story.
PRACTICAL & PEACE-OF-MIND
What Happens If Your Camera Fails?
I always shoot with multiple cameras, dual memory cards, and backup equipment. Your images are protected throughout the day.
What Happens If You’re Ill?
I fully intend to be there! But if the worst-case scenario ever happened, I have a trusted network of professional photographers who would step in so you’re never left without coverage. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case.
Are You Insured?
Yes — I’m fully insured, and I’m happy to provide certificates if your venue needs them.
Will Our Photos Be Shared Online?
Only if you’re happy for them to be.
Under GDPR, you have the legal right to decide what happens to your images.
When you sign your contract, you are asked if you are happy for your images to be shared online or if you would prefer for them to be kept private. The choice is entirely yours, and you have the right to change your mind at any point. This does not impact your ability to share the images on your private social media.
